How do we wash our kit?
Please see the guidelines in the 'Washing Advice' section on the site

Does the printing come off the kit?
If washed correctly, no. Refer to washing instructions. Also, the vinyl which is pressed onto Rain Jackets should be washed at a lower temperature than the actual jacket. This should not exceed 30 degrees.

My son is an average sized 13 year old, what size kit do i need?
Every kit we process is different. In an under14 team we have had sizes for a Large boy and XL adult. Please refer to our size guides.

What is your payment policy?
We will only place an order with the supplier once we have received payment. If your club would like to open a club account, we may look at operating under account terms.

What is your refund policy?
If a garment has been personalised, and had been agreed with the customer, we cannot refund or swap a garment purchased.
If we have not personalised a garment, we will try to refund or swap the garment.

What are your delivery terms?
We quote an average 7 - 10 working days after receiving payment. This may alter during the peak times. We will advise of delivery times.
